Tennis court – now ready for play
Pleased to tell you that the Village Tennis Court is now ready for you to use.
With help from a few volunteers, the Court has been cleared of moss and swept to take off loose grit.
The Court has been ‘white lined’ and the net is up. Yes, the white lines might be a bit wonky in places, but at least you will now be able to call ‘OUT’ or ‘IN’ with some certainty.
There is no booking system in place, so please be mindful of others waiting to play.
Reminder: The whole recreation Area will be closed from 9am on Tuesday 7th May and reopen at 9am on Thursday 9thMay to carry out weed and moss control.
