It’s that time of year to book your place at the Annual SAFARI SUPPER being held this year on Saturday 14th November 2026.
Please find attached your booking form or you can email me to confirm. As most of you know this is always a very popular event and its really good fun to enjoy each of three courses at different locations in the village.
We start at the Village Hall at 6.45pm to get details of your mystery location and go on Safari at 7.30pm ending up back at the Hall for coffee and port. Obviously this only works if we have hosts, so please do offer to do either starter, main or dessert. And I do need to know numbers you can cater for ( including yourselves) and the address you are hosting from, plus any allergens or dietary intolerances. Please reply soonest and no later than 25th October, as I need to produce the complicated spreadsheet. If you are new or not able to host this year then of course you are still very welcome to join too!
Payment in advance is required please of £20 per head (£17.50 for over 70s) which is great value for 3 courses! Proceeds to the Church and please make payment to Preston Bissett Church 20-57-40 account number 30723894 or cash/cheque to Carole Payne at Lilac Cottage.
