Hi All
I cant quite believe it a year since we last went on Safari around the Village but indeed the date is approaching with Saturday 9th November is the date for 2019.Do hope you can join in the fun again this year , whether you have been many times before or are new to this, it is a great night and opportunity to meet up with the locals .
The format is that we meet first in the White Hart and then go to a different venue for each course with a different group of people each time. Food and drink is provided at each host. We always need cooks to host courses so please consider doing this and let me know how many you can accommodate.
The fun starts at 7pm prompt departing at 7.30 to the first house and ends when the last person leaves after coffee (and drinks) at the end.
So please put the date in your diary and most importantly complete the attached form or drop me an email with your details and any food allergies that you may have and your house address details- so people can find you!
Payment in advance please. The price is £17.50 per head for three courses and coffee! ( £15 for OAPs) Cash or cheques made payable to Preston Bissett Church .
It is essential that you confirm your place by 27th October latest ( or earlier please) as the spreadsheet to allocate and then hosts to be informed does take a lot of time to produce.
