The summer fete and dog show is just 2 weeks away! We’re looking for your help. There is a list below of all the things that you can help us with to make it a lovely day. Please reply to this email if you can get involved.
Friday 28th 7pm – we need a few people to just help us to collect and put together the marquee frames in prep. for Sunday. This takes about 45 minutes if there are 6 of us
Sunday 30th (fete day) from 8.30 – 11am – help us to pop out the tables and chairs, put up bunting and set up the bales for the main arena. With this one the more, the merrier as many hands literally do make light work!
Donations of cakes, bric-a-brac, books, produce (any spare plants or pickles/preserves/fruit and veg) – all very gratefully received.
On the day – remember to bring along something that you’ve made so that we can display it in the craft tent.
If you can’t help at all, maybe you could buy some raffle tickets from the lovely person who knocks at your door.
