Dear all
After much consideration and consultation with key villagers, the Council have resolved to remove the existing Oak tree in the recreation area and replace this with 3 new Oak Trees to be planted in a more sustainable location.
There will be three stakes placed in the playing field to mark out where the new trees will be planted. Anticipated planting will be week commencing 19th January 2026.
If you have any concerns of the placement of the new trees, please contact the village Clerk before 19th January so these can be raised and shared.
