Also, whilst we are on the subject, the commemorative poppy wreath was laid in the churchyard in it’s usual place at 11am on the 11th of November. Along with a short prayer, the two minutes of silence was observed. It’s a great shame that this could not be carried out as it usually is, with a full service and gathering, but we can (hopefully) look forward to returning to normal soon
